Manisha, an Innovation Management Professional, with a combined experience of about 16 years in Innovation, Incubation, Startup mentoring, Corporates and Life Sciences Research, is currently engaged as the CEO at Indigram Labs Foundation (ILF), a Technology Business Incubator(supported by Deptt. Of Science & Technology, Govt. of India) with thrust areas of Agri-tech, Agri-IOT, Renewable energy, Rural healthcare etc.She has extensive knowledge of the Startup eco-system by virtue of her experience as the Head of the Startup Eco-system Development Initiative of ISBA [Indian STEPs & Business Incubators Association]. She has managed one of the largest Technology Business Incubators within the University system inIndia for over 6 years as the Senior Incubation Manager and has overseen the entire cycles of Startup Incubatee selection till graduation out of the Incubator.

She has experience of working on TBI sustainabilityas also seed fund support to Startups. She has served in the Board of 2 Startups and in the Advisory board of a couple more. She is quite well networked within the Startup eco-system including Government agencies, Angels, VCs, Mentors and Incubators. She is also well networked with the Global Start-up Ecosystem networks like AABI, INBIA, IC2 Texas-Austin, and Incubators at Taiwan, US etc. She was nominated by Govt of India as a member of a delegation to visit, study and network with the Startup Eco-system at Silicon Valley in 2018. Prior to that, she was nominated by Asia Productivity Organization (APO) to participate in a training and cross-learning program for Technology Incubation Managers at Taiwan during 2014.She is a recognized Mentor by the “Mentor on Road” – Startup India and a certified Master Trainer by ‘Innompics”. She has also got exposure to Intellectual Property Rights Laws and Technology Transfer. During 2018, awarded the Best CEO under the Incubator category by ICFA (Indian Council of Food & Agriculture).
In her corporate role, she was a member of India’s founding team of a US based Corporate and served as the Head of Botanicals and Nutraceuticals procurement and quality assurance.

She co-founded and lead two successful businesses Innsol Technologies and Manchitra services and made successful exits after they were acquired. She is now cofounder of TripVenza and mentors many startups in domain of AI, ML, RPA amd analytics. She possesses a nice combination of business strategy, management, technology and GTM acumen . Her strengths lie in scaling up the business by building high performing multi-site teams & strategic partnerships. She believes that the strength of a startup lies in its team and a good team must be capable of operating at both a management level and also rolling up sleeves up to get the job done.
